The National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association Alumni, Inc (NIRAA) is pleased to announce new donor scholarship benefits for contributors to the 2020 NIRAA Scholarship Fund.
Through the generosity of former collegiate rodeo athletes, the NIRAA will award $30,000 in scholarships for the second consecutive year at the College National Finals Rodeo (CNFR). A total of 56 scholarships will be given to students at the CNFR Award’s Ceremony June 20, 2020 at the Casper Events Center in Casper, Wyoming.
“My main objective as NIRA Alumni, Inc. President is increasing scholarships awarded to student rodeo athletes. Supporting the NIRA Alumni Scholarship Donor Program is an excellent opportunity to help students who rodeo and are pursuing a college degree,” stated Don Reichert, President of the NIRAA.
“NIRA Alumni members say college rodeo influenced them to attend college and kept them there. Helping students have a positive collegiate rodeo experience is very satisfying and that experience may change their life. Please consider donating to the program.”
